The self esteem of a workaholic

Nobody wants to become a workaholic, it just seems to happen. The next thing you know your dreams of having a balanced family life, enjoying your time off and having time for hobbies seems to disappear to the constant rat race that follows being a workaholic. It’s easy to make choices that you think are the right ones at the time but turn out to be bad choices. Not because they don’t fit into what you think will bring you a brighter future but because they don’t align with the values that you have in your life.

Living free as a kid in the 70´s

We can all remember what it was like to be a kid in the old days. We ran outside with no shoes on, played in the creek, went to the mine and explored. Basically we have to enthuse ourselves into a state of believing. If we believe, we achieve.

It is interesting that as I look around me and look at my surroundings I have to reevaluate my position. I look around my house because I am doing a chapter about structure and can all of a sudden see the fog lifting. The pretty day planner that I bought yesterday to organize myself , [...]

You know sometimes life just flows like a river, peacefully carving its way. Other times it rages like a waterfall in a spray of fury. Why is it like this? Why do we sometimes feel so good and other times become frustrated at the smallest thing.  We have all experienced road rage for instance. It’s [...]
